Position Purpose:

As a Commercial Plumber with KC Services, you’ll provide exceptional service to our plumbing clients by performing installations, maintenance, and repairs. Your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-first mindset will help ensure both your success and the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel daily to customer locations across Central Indiana for plumbing services.
• Perform commercial plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
• Operate drain machines, jetters, and other plumbing tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues independently while prioritizing daily goals.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and office staff.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork on time.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule (details provided during the interview).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a plumbing technician with hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
• License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
