We are hiring dependable Season Closers to help us finish out the season! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are personable, professional, and able to enforce rules while providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to observe guest behavior and deal with it appropriately.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies and confrontational situations.
• Ability to follow routine, as well as verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+.
• Must be available weekends & holidays (some on-call shifts).
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone with data plan (GPS check-ins required).
• Able to stay firm when enforcing rules.
• Comfortable working outdoors (standing, sitting, bending, sun exposure).

Duties:

• Enforce pool rules and verify resident/guest identities.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool area and restrooms.
• Provide great customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Complete written logs and reports.

Schedule:

• Weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday shifts.
• Position runs through the end of the season.
