Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and product. You will work closely with product managers and engineers—championing strong product design, leading a team of talented designers, and shaping the future of complex enterprise and SaaS products.

This is a hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who can strategize at the 10,000-ft level but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key partner to product managers and engineering leads, co-owning product vision and execution.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3–5 product designers, helping them grow in their careers and craft.
• Oversee and guide design work across multiple teams and product streams.
• Drive product design from ideation through execution with a focus on solving real user problems.
• Advocate for strong product thinking—prioritizing problem definition before jumping into solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and peers.
• Bring clarity and direction in ambiguous situations, especially within enterprise and SaaS domains.
• Set the quality bar for design delivery while ensuring alignment with business and user goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in UX/Product Design with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Demonstrated success designing complex enterprise-grade or SaaS platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a full case study from beginning to end (Problem to solution)
• Experience and ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work across functions.
• Ability to balance design strategy with day-to-day execution; detail-oriented and delivery-focused.
