We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated nurses (LPNs & RNs) in Pittsburgh’s North Shore area to join our team for an exciting opportunity! This contract position offers a wonderful opportunity for nurses who are interested in working with seniors in a community-based environment, providing basic daily nursing care as needed.

General Information:

Shifts:

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

• There is some flexibility with days and times, please inquire.

Job Duties:

LPNs

• Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy
• Daily medication preparation
• Medication Administration Center/Community
• Wound care Center / Community
• Lab draws if they are proficient
• COVID testing Center / Community as needed
• Other duties within their scope of practice

RNs

• Monthly PPT assessments Center / Community
• Episodic Assessments Center / Community
• Order review and noting
• Weekly Wound Assessment Center / Community
• Wound care Center / Community
• Medication Administration Center/Community
• Lab draws
• Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy as needed
• Daily medication preparation as needed
• COVID testing Center / Community as needed
• Other duties within their scope of practice
