Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, working effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Deliver features that enable Meta AI to understand and respond to individual user needs and preferences, leveraging the unique capabilities of wearable devices.
• Design for AI across modalities including wearable screens, voice, and spatial interfaces.
• Create deeply user-centered experiences by addressing well-understood user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional (XFN) partners to frame product opportunities and drive features through development.
• Develop scalable systems and design patterns to enable other feature teams to integrate seamlessly into Meta AI.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Product Designer

• designing for multiple modalities
• Prototyping
• 48 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong prototyping skills (e.g., Figma, Principle, Framer, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated fluency in AI concepts and their application to user experiences.
• Experience designing for multiple modalities (screen, voice, spatial interfaces).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Strong interaction design and visual design portfolio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing for wearable devices or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with scalable design systems and pattern libraries.
• Ability to translate user research and data into actionable design solutions.
