Technical research and innovation Pay attention to industry technology trends, research the application of new technologies, processes, and materials. Participate in technological innovation projects and promote the upgrading and innovation of the company's product technology. Write technical reports, share research results, and improve the overall technical level of the team. Cross departmental collaboration and communication Maintain close communication with marketing, sales, production and other departments to understand market demand and ensure market adaptability of product design.
