Requirements Valid business license & insurance (general liability & workers comp) Reliable transportation & tools Experience installing seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards Commitment to quality work & safety standards Paid Trial Build A paid trial build is required before full approval to join the Shamrock crew. Approved crews are placed on a waiting list and called upon when ready.
