Job Title: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the Production Staff (discipline, annual reviews, training, feedback, manage shift operations )
2. Working with Maintenance Depts (monitoring Equipment) and Quality Department (ensuring Quality control)
to ensure KPI’s
3. Leader standard work

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role (leading and supervising teams)
· Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting and production standards
· 5 years as a production supervisor at a manufacturing plant (preferred)
· Experience with production planning, controls, and instrumentation (preferred)
· Experience with MRP and/or ERP systems (preferred)
