Job Description

We're seeking an Office Project Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site liaison—managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with vendors and landlords, and supporting a space expansion to an additional floor. If you're tech-savvy and have experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, and Microsoft Office, this is your chance to contribute to high-visibility projects that directly affect team productivity and workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
  • Support office expansion projects and ongoing facilities coordination.
  • Utilize Asana and Airtable for task management, communication, and workflow tracking.
  • Oversee general administrative duties and maintain a smooth daily operation.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team and participate in onsite panel interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Prior office management or administrative coordinator experience required.
  • Strong project coordination skills; vendor or facilities coordination a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Asana and/or Airtable preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
