Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with Clinical IT project experience to lead and execute high-impact initiatives in healthcare technology. This role involves managing full project lifecycles, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring clear communication on project status, risks, and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Clinical IT projects, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide clear and timely status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and business units.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA, and GxP.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies for efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Clinical IT project management within biotech or pharma settings.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive successful Clinical IT implementations.
