Requisiti Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Project Manager in Treviso. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management or equivalent serve as the preferred channel. At least 3-5 years' experience in managing medium-volume projects in luxury developments (hospitality experience serve as the preferred channel). Experience in managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction. Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external). In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English required. Aptitude for teamwork, reliability and flexibility. Responsibilities Support in managing the phases of the projects. Liaise with multiple stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors and building management and security consultants. Lead the coordination of the design against the client’s design guides and constraints. Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player. Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control. Cost management services. Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner. Check work progress status (SAL) on time and on budget. Conduct meetings with contractors and client.
