Role : Python Developer (Junior to Senior level)

Location : on site in San Francisco

Salary : up to $250k base + 7 figure equity + 20-40% bonus + relocation support and bonus

In this role, you will:

• Build and refine AI-driven hiring platforms used by companies and job seekers worldwide.
• Work with cutting-edge LLMs in product-facing applications.
• Develop scalable backend systems using Python/Django.
• Collaborate closely with the team in their San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of software engineering experience working with Python/Django, experience with cutting-edge LLMs in product-facing applications
• Have experience or an interest in Artificial Intelligence
• Experience developing scalable backend systems using Python/Django

*This role requires in-person work in San Francisco 6 days on site
