We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and enhance our quality control systems, lean manufacturing processes, and process improvements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our financial products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach our clients. This role is integral to our company's commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient services to our clientele.

Responsibilities:
The Permanent Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:

1. Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management system in compliance with ISO 13485.
2. Overseeing all quality control processes and ensuring that they align with our strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
3. Implementing lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
4. Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and develop effective corrective actions.
6. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure the continuous effectiveness of quality control measures.
7. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles.
8. Preparing and presenting quality reports to management, highlighting performance metrics, audit findings, and improvement plans.
9. Staying updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality control and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the industry.
3. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems compliant with ISO 13485.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and lean manufacturing principles.
5. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
9. Certification in Quality Engineering or Lean Manufacturing would be a plus.
10. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
