The Real Estate Manager position is a full-time, exempt role with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $39.07 - $43.95 per hour (equivalent to $81,265 - $91,416 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and in compliance with City policy. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the appraisal of real property within the City for assessment purposes while also ensuring the maintenance of all related records. In addition to reporting directly to the Commissioner of the Revenue and performing day-to-day managerial duties, you'll serve as a leader within the department while supervising a team of appraisers and support staff. Associates/Technical degree with coursework in real estate appraisal or related field and extensive (6+ years) experience in property appraisal and assessments.
