Our ideal Recruiter is an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a solid background in recruiting and leadership. You should be a natural connector with excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a remarkable ability to inspire and motivate others. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our team's growth by building relationships, setting high standards, and supporting agents in achieving their goals. While a real estate license is not required, familiarity with the industry is a plus. **Compensation:**

- **Base Salary:** $24,000, with a generous bonus structure offering the potential to earn six figures.
- **Earnings Potential:** With the right skills and dedication, you could earn $150,000 or more, with no limitations on your earning potential.

**Role Details:**

- **Work Environment:** This is a fully remote position; however, you must reside in Florida and be able to travel as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment:** Actively source, interview, and hire talented sales associates to achieve team growth objectives.
- **Onboarding & Training:** Support new agents through their initial business steps and up to their first 10 closings before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
- **Goal Setting & Accountability:** Collaborate with sales associates to establish and reach career goals, conducting one-on-one check-ins twice a month.
- **Performance Management:** Motivate and hold team members accountable for their performance, conducting regular reviews to ensure objectives are met.
- **Lead Management:** Oversee lead activity and ensure follow-up standards are adhered to.
- **Meeting Facilitation:** Lead sales and business meetings, facilitate script practice, and assist agents in lead generation efforts.
- **Team Development:** Set goals for team members, develop project plans, and support their career advancement.

**Qualifications:**

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building capabilities.
- Expertise in goal setting, planning, and driving accountability.
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing top talent.
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of sales processes; real estate experience is a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems; MLS experience is a plus.
