What Youll Do

  • Lead and support General Managers across multiple dispensary locations.
  • Drive sales growth and operational efficiency to meet revenue targets.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Optimize inventory based on sales trends and market demand.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis laws.
  • Develop and enforce policies for product tracking, packaging, and security.
  • Foster a welcoming and positive customer experience.
  • Address staffing, performance, and operational challenges with confidence.
  • Communicate company-wide initiatives and implement change effectively.
  • Ensure employee safety, well-being, and engagement.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of current or very recent multi-unit retail management experience in the Cannabis sector (high-growth environments a plus!).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Experience in staffing, compliance, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and lead with confidence.
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
