Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 hours per day (follows the Ann Arbor Public Schools calendar)
Pay: $18–$23/hour , based on experience
RCM Healthcare Services is partnering with Ann Arbor Public Schools to hire full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students receiving special education services. Positions are available across elementary, middle, and high school sites.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative district team dedicated to supporting students’ behavioral, academic, and social-emotional success.
Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom, small-group, and one-to-one settings
Implement individualized behavior support plans developed by the district’s BCBA or behavior team
Collect and record daily data on student behavior and progress
Support students in building communication, social, and self-regulation skills
Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure consistency across settings
Participate in team meetings and professional development as assigned
Follow district guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times
Behavioral supervision is provided internally by the district’s BCBA team
RBTs receive ongoing support and guidance directly from Ann Arbor Public Schools’ special education staff
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (must be in good standing with the national certifying board)
Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and data collection skills
High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Competitive pay: $20–$33/hour , based on experience
Consistent 7-hour school days, Monday–Friday
