Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to HIV+ and LGBTQ+ patients.
Oversee daily clinic operations, providing direct patient care and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Build and nurture supportive, ongoing relationships with patients to foster engagement and continuity of care.
Utilize strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address patient needs and clinic operations.
Triage patient calls and manage requests promptly.
Provide mentorship to LPNs and assist with resource management as needed.
Additional Requirements:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Experience: We welcome applicants with various experience levels. Preference is given to those with 1+ years of RN experience.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. RNs with an ADN must complete a BSN within 5 years of their start date.
Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association) required.
Licensure: RN licensed or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
