What You’ll Do:

• Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Pursue new customer leads via referrals provided by the clients you meet with. 
• Understand potential customer’s needs.
• Develop a customized benefit plan for the customer
• Create custom quote to provide the customer the pricing for the benefit plan
• Ensure all necessary documentation to process benefits application has been submitted correctly. 
• Respond to email and phone call requests from customers

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and driven individual who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about achieving results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Creative thinker who can analyze client needs and craft effective insurance solutions.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
