Your Career
In this role, you will manage a team of Professional Services Consultants in your assigned territory supporting our Cortex portfolio of security applications. You will be responsible to drive professional services business, provide management oversight to your team and all ongoing engagements, including recruiting, managing, directing and inspiring a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds You will ensure the delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions, exceeding expectations and driving high levels of customer engagement. You will also work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with all customers in your territory and ensure customer success and reference-ability.
This position is remote work based in the United States.

Our Professional Services team is critical to our success and mission. As part of this team, you enable customer success by providing support to clients post-sale. Our dedication to our customers doesn’t stop once they sign – it evolves.
As threats and technology evolve, we stay in step to accomplish our mission. You’ll be involved in implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new, and will fix integrations and critical issues as they are raised. But you won’t wait for them to be raised, you’ll seek them out, too. We fix and identify technical problems, with a pointed focus on providing the best customer support in the industry.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $151,000/YR – $208,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here .
