Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a 100% remote Project Manager to manage a high-profile initiative for a federal client. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to implement agile methodologies and practices for application design and development. Responsibilities include:
Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organizationproject managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executivesto drive the delivery of technology projects
Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
Collaborate with people across wide levels and roles to educate on Agile principles, best practices, and tools to implement for improved workflows and successful product deliverables. This includes providing hands-on support to senior leaders, Scrum team members, and external stakeholders.
Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholders

Bachelors degree in relative field
At least 3 years of experience leading complex projects and programs for software applications
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment
Experience with full lifecycle agile program management
Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate
CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust Clearance (Active MBI Clearance is preferred)
