Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a commission-based role. As a Remote Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top legal talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified legal candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a pipeline of top legal talent for current and future job openings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients and candidates.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a legal recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the legal industry.

Strong understanding of the legal job market and legal industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Commission rates will be competitive and commensurate with experience and performance.
