Title of Position – Executive Chef

Job Description: We are looking for an Executive Chef who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day! The right candidate for this job will also possess a strong background in high-volume, full-service kitchens.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-quality culinary team.
• Driving profits through cost analysis and demonstrating a strong understanding of P&L.
• Overseeing all equipment sanitation and maintenance.
• Communicating effectively to delegate duties appropriately, diligently following the strictest standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• The Executive Chef must have high-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
• The Executive Chef must possess the ability to ensure proper food prep and presentation.
• The ability to delegate while maintaining control is required for the Executive Chef .
• The Executive Chef must have basic computer knowledge.
• Exceptional leadership and knowledge of food and beverage operations are required for the Executive Chef .
