About the Role
As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to health-related inquiries from the medical community via phone, providing accurate and compassionate assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process health-related questions from medical professionals and organizations.
Deliver empathetic, clear, and concise responses while adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
Utilize your healthcare knowledge to understand various diseases and illnesses and effectively communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet the following educational and professional experience requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN): 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a Health-Related Field: 4+ years of relevant experience.
Associate's Degree and/or Certifications in a Health-Related Field: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills and Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of various diseases and medical conditions.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper English grammar and syntax.
Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures independently without supervision.
