*Currently seeking skilled and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome to our ever-growing team as a 11pm-730am Supervisor!*

*Full time or Part Time*

*Day in the Life of RN / Expectations of RN:*
* Providing patient care to residents
* Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
* Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
* Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

*Requirements of RN Supervisor:*
* Valid state RN license(s)
* Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
* Reliable transportation
* Currently considering all availability (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem)
* Long Term care experience preferred but not required- full training available
