Job Summary: The Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from planning and execution to completion and follow-up. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
