What you'll do: - Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results
- Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
- Match customers with their dream units by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Create buzz by participating in dealership events, promotions, and show to drive new business
- Foster and maintain strong connections with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales
What we're looking for: - A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and win
- Background in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Experience in a dealership setting is a plus
- Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Availability to work Saturdays (where the magic happens!)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (a plus, not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
