Sales Representative Position Overview System One has partnered with a local professional services firm that is searching for a Sales Representative to join a fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping clients succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and social selling Conduct discovery calls and product demos to assess client needs and present customized solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas Technical Proficiency Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms Ability to work with PDFs and other business-related tools Core Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized and methodical in approach Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Confident decision-maker with a proactive mindset Skilled in consultative selling and solution-based approaches Work Environment Office-based role in Tulsa, OK Standard business hours with no travel required Professional setting with access to standard office equipment Commitment to confidentiality and reliability Company Culture & Values This organization fosters a collaborative, innovative, and service-oriented culture.
