We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and has a strong commitment to providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding the needs of union members and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our company.

• Engage with Union members to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proactively manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and appointments.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, with a focus on value and long-term satisfaction.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with union representatives and members to drive customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably with experience serving union members or similar groups.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and offer solutions.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage your time and prioritize effectively.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
