**Sales Representative (Commission) N21**

The Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in helping the business achieve revenue growth. This role is responsible for interacting with customers, working with internal departments, generating customer interest and closing sales.
The successful candidate will report into the Branch Manager. The Sales Representative must demonstrate knowledge of the products and features and have a sound understanding of the marketplace, products and competitors.

+ Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients by providing outstanding customer service and support.
+ Address customer needs by, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
+ Identify prospects and sale Trail Appliances products acting as trusted advisor to customers from start to finish
+ Convert prospects, close deals and meet sales goals; respond to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
+ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
+ Services existing and new customers, obtains orders, and establishes new business by planning and organizing daily work schedule
+ Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products etc.
**The experience/skills we need**
+ 1+ year work experience in a sales environment
+ Must be a self-motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency in an ever changing marketplace
+ Strong negotiation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Solid business acumen with excellent negotiation, problem solving and influential decision-making skills
+ Proven aptitude for developing creative solutions to customer needs
+ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and grow existing and new business
+ Exceptional communication, analytical, planning and organizational skills
+ Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
+ The ability to develop strong win-win business relationships, generating returning customers
+ Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm is some of the qualities we are looking for.
