Sales Specialist
Location: Eugene, OR

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to build a rewarding career in sales. You'll work directly with inbound leads generated through our marketing channels, educating potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate & Engage : Connect with prospective customers via video calls, phone, email, and online outreach.

• Close Sales : Guide customers through the purchasing process, address objections, and finalize agreements.

• Drive Results : Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

• CRM Management : Log all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level applicants welcome!)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
