Trigyn direct client has long term contract opportunity for Salesforce Administrator in Woodbridge, NJ. The particulars of the position are as follows.

Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a newly implemented Salesforce system, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration • Perform user, profile, and role setup within Salesforce. • Manage data updates, migration, and integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms. • Design and develop reports and dashboards for all departments to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. • Implement advanced analytics solutions and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) integrated with Salesforce. • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions. • Administer user accounts and licenses.

Prerequisites/Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years with Salesforce Administration • User/Profile/Role setup • Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving approach. • Reporting/Dashboard creation • DataLoader usage • Any skills in reporting and analytics, with knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI would be a plus

Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Administrator certification. • Knowledge of SOQL and other Salesforce products or AppExchange applications. • Experience with advanced analytics tools and business intelligence platforms. • Google Workspace administration experience. • Familiarity with network administration tasks.

Qualifications: • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
