Position:

SAP EHS Functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EHS Functional Consultant with a strong background in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of SAP PLM-EHS and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality across various operational domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the functional expert in SAP EHS within a Life Sciences/Pharma environment.
- Ensure full GxP compliance in all relevant modules and processes.
- Support and manage Receiving Inspection and Results Recording workflows.
- Handle Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Quality Inspection processes within SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of EHS functionalities with business operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to align SAP EHS with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience with a strong focus on SAP PLM - EHS Functional roles.
- Proven experience working in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules specific to the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of GxP compliance standards and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Receiving Inspection, Results Recording, and Quality Processes.
- Proficiency in Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in CST Time Zone.
