Location: Westville Grove, NJ Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our SAP Finance AMS operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and integration with other systems, while maintaining compliance and optimizing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 6-8 years of experience in Utilities - SAP FICA
• Proven leadership in AMS delivery and incident management
• Strong expertise in change and release management
• Experience ensuring compliance with SOX and financial regulations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft or STIBO
• Background in process optimization and automation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP Finance AMS operations, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service
• Lead resolution of critical finance-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Approve and manage configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other systems for end-to-end process continuity
• Act as the finance lead for client interactions, escalations, and service reviews
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes
• Maintain documentation, functional specs, and knowledge base for finance processes
