- Full-time, in person position
- Hours: 8:00 am- 3:00 pm
- School year dates:?August 6, 2025 June 12, 2026 ?
- Setting: Preschool Special Education Classrooms, Daycares, Other Community Locations
- Caseload: Children ages 3-5
Role Overview: An Early Intervention Physical Therapist works with young children, typically aged 3-5, to support their physical development and participation in school. They evaluate, diagnose, and treat movement difficulties, helping children reach their developmental milestones and participate in classroom activities This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Key Responsibilities: ? - Assessment of children's motor abilities in natural and educational settings
- Development of individualized intervention plans to support physical development
- Therapy implementation to address areas of weakness and improve functional mobility
- Environmental modifications to enhance children's participation in educational activities
- Parent/Caregiver education to support carryover of motor skills at home
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Active PA Physical Therapy license
- Experience with the pediatric population and young children preferred
