Our financial client is looking to bring on a Scrum Master for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a HYBRID position with 3x onsite per week being required.
1 Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working\Aligns teams to a shared Platform strategy to ensure delivery of Platform level roadmaps and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
2 Oversees the agile development process and coaches the Pod team members; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation. Work together with RTEs and Scrum Leads to escalate and track platform level impediments and manage risks and dependencies
3 Removes development impediments (e.g., Pod team communication barriers, logistic challenges). Promotes self-organization, empowerment, innovative thinking and self-development
****CSP or Agile Certified Scrum Master Certification preferred****
