Job Overview:
Starcast Group LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping teams deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and report on team performance, providing feedback and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as a mentor for team members, helping them grow and adapt to Agile practices.
Promote effective collaboration and communication among remote team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Requirements:
