Our federal client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to manage their cloudhosted systems and DevOps initiatives.

The position focuses on ensuring effective project delivery managing the CI/CD environment and adhering to federal standards for IT security and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Manage timelines budgets risks and dependencies for both fixed and ondemand activities.
• Track progress and deliverables providing updates during weekly standups and monthly reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams contractors and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Oversee the operation and readiness of the CI/CD environment.
• Coordinate deployment of patches updates and system enhancements.
• Maintain and enforce the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for technical deliverables and accessibility standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal IT security requirements including NIST SP 80053 and Section 508.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure personnel meet onboarding and security requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager preferably in cloudbased environments or federal contracts.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools including Jenkins Kubernetes Docker and Git.
• Understanding of cloudhosting environments and CI/CD systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance standards (e.g. NIST SP 80053 and Section 508).

Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident with at least three years of continuous residency in the United States.
