Now, they’re searching for an SDR Lead to build and scale their outbound sales engine.

🎯 What you’ll be responsible for:

• Hiring, training, and leading a high-performing SDR team.
• Building outbound processes, playbooks, and messaging strategies.
• Hands-on outbound activity (calls, emails, social outreach, events).
• Owning CRM management and reporting.
• Partnering cross-functionally with founders, AEs, and product teams.
• Conducting market research to continuously refine targeting and positioning.

✅ About you:

• 2–5 years of SDR experience with leadership exposure.
• Passionate about outbound sales, AI innovation, and scaling startups.
• Highly organised, driven by results, and an excellent communicator.
• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership.

📋 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰Compensation: $100k - $200k (50/50 split)
