Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language. Work virtually and interact with customers via state of the art video communication software; maintain accurate records of interactions. Who You Are Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner. Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexity and commitment to enhancing the Intuit brand. What You Need Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
