Job Summary The Seasonal Make Ready is responsible for ensuring vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to 'market ready' condition promptly and according to management schedules. Responsibilities Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist. Coordinate repairs and services needed with Lead Maintenance and Community Manager. Make ready units for new tenants, including replacing lights, repairing windows, screens, hinges, and other fixtures. Check and repair appliances, faucets, sinks, and perform minor plumbing repairs. Assist with painting, installing ceramic tile backsplashes, repairing walls, and other exterior and interior repairs. Operate carpet cleaning equipment and assist with trash-out procedures. Perform other projects as directed by management. Requirements At least one year of full-time related experience. Willingness to perform all assigned tasks and demonstrate safety awareness. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work on-call, extended hours, including weekends and evenings. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to interact professionally with residents. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, climb, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Capability to walk the property in various weather conditions and climb stairs.
