The salary range for this role is: $18.40 - $18.40

Responsibilities: This is a temporary position and, as such, is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including health, vision, dental insurance, or participation in the 401(k) retirement plan.

Our Plover production plant in Wisconsin is hiring seasonal employees to work during our vegetable pack season, from June through early October, with continuing work available through December. Starting pay is based on position and overtime is available after 40 hours a week. Hours can vary up to 12 hours per shift; 6 days a week, both day and night shifts. Your position will be selected based on your experience and skills.

Del Monte Foods en Plover est buscando contratar operadores temporales de montacargas. El operador de montacargas, bajo la directa supervisin del supervisor de bodega, es responsable de operar el montacargas de una manera segura para mover, cargar y descargar productos, mantener registros de inventario precisos y cumplir con todas las polticas y protocolos de seguridad.

Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:

• Operar montacargas para retirar paletas completas de producto de las lneas de produccin.
• Ayudar al departamento de envo, lo que puede implicar escaneo de producto.
• Preparar paletas de producto terminado o latas para cargar.
• Suministrar a lneas de produccin/etiquetado suministros necesarios para mantener la produccin.
• Mantener buen orden y limpieza en reas de trabajo asignadas.
• Completar una lista de verificacin para montacargas diariamente al comienzo del turno y todos los das, adems de compactar cartn y plstico segn se necesite.
• Asegurarse siempre de que las paletas estn etiquetadas antes de retirarlas de las lneas.
• Asegurarse que todo el trabajo asignado al puesto se realice de acuerdo con las especificaciones, instrucciones y requisitos.
• Demostrar capacidad para cumplir con los estndares de produccin en asignaciones especficas de acuerdo con los estndares de productividad establecidos.
• Debe tener la capacidad de estar de pie/sentado hasta por ms de 8 horas por turno y debe tener la capacidad para doblarse, levantar, empujar y tirar hasta 50 libras.
• Debe tener capacidad de seguir instrucciones escritas/verbales.
• Debe seguir todas las reglas de seguridad y trabajo.
• Debe estar disponible para trabajar cualquier turno.

• No experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.
