In Reno, Nevada: Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to join one of our facilities as an Access Operations Specialist focusing on access control duties utilizing several forms of technology while maintaining accurate digital records and fostering effective communication with all team members. Ideal candidates must: Have Required 1+ Year(s) of Security Experience Be experienced in managing access control protocols and security measures Demonstrate proficiency with computers and tablets Have Professional demeanor and appearance Display exceptional customer service and communications skills Have ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure Pay $25.50 Hourly Great schedule: Monday through Friday on day shifts! Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
