Job Title: Security Sales Representative – CCTV, Access Control and Fire Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for creating and selling innovative customized security and/or fire alarm settings.
- Create multiple proposals that allow customers to accomplish their varied goals, needs and budgets.
- Develop security and/or fire alarm offerings to potential customers.
- Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention.
- Demonstrate the ability to close sales based on value not price.
- Promote collaboration, partnerships and positive relationships with customers.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping customer information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Position Requirements - Must pass background check.
- Ability to work well with others both internally and externally in stressful situations.
- Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Candidates should have experience in: either Security Sales or Fire Alarm Sales.
- Demonstrates problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Should have high presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should operate effectively and with minimal supervision.
- Keeps current with market conditions and product trends
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS office 365.
