As the Senior BAS Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring junior technicians; installing, commissioning and programing building automation systems (i.e. Siemens); and HVAC troubleshooting, preventative and corrective measures to various equipment (Air Handlers, Boilers, Chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, etc.). Other duties include, but are not limited to:

- Support Customers through phone and computer assistance

- Monitor Energy Management Systems in client buildings

- Other related duties

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least five (5) years experience as a Building Automation Technician required
• At least one (1) year related supervisory experience in the industry
• Previous experience with programming and commissioning systems using BACnet and/or P2 protocols

· 2–4-year technical degree in addition to technical training/certifications

• Certificate in Building Environmental Systems (BES/BSET) or related program, considered an asset.
• Valid “G” driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Background Check (Driving, Criminal, Credit, References)

SHIFT : Days, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Flexible to work outside operational hours as needed

COMPENSATION :

• $70,000 - $95,000/year
• Annual Performance Bonus (average 10-15% of salary)
