The Job: As Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a Remote employee. The Senior Digital Product Designer will lead the creation and iteration of high-quality user experiences and product designs. This role involves guiding the design process from conception to final implementation, ensuring that products meet user needs and business objectives. You’ll get to: Oversee the design process, ensuring that design decisions are based on thorough research and user testing. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design the best possible user experiences. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Establish and maintain design standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products. Review and critique your team's work to ensure high-quality design output and alignment with the product vision. Manage the user experience design team's workload and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and business goals. Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve. Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap and advocate for the role of design in product development. Several years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design. Proven experience with headless frameworks and modular UX development Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar. Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's products. Knowledge of front-end development practices and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers. Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies. A track record of successful digital product design projects.
