About Our Client This opportunity is with a nationally recognized affordable housing investment firm specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity. The firm manages institutional capital across a diversified, multi-state portfolio of affordable housing developments.
Job Description - Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess property investment opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against benchmarks.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations based on market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:
- Strong background in financial analysis and modeling, with LIHTC experience preferred
- Experience supporting affordable housing or LIHTC portfolios
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Commitment to accurate, timely, and LIHTC-compliant financial insights
