An award winning Orlando, Florida area design / build landscaping company, focused on high-end residential designs and installations, is looking for a senior level Landscape Designer or Architect. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a long-term career and substantial growth over time. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design high-end residential landscapes
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Must have sufficient knowledge and experience in landscape drafting standards, practices and procedures, and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule
• Must have knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements
• Must be able to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision
• Must be able to learn company design standards
• Must be able to prepare construction documents
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketchup - or similar programs
• Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience required

• Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge$100,000 - $200,000+ target earnings
