Senior Manager, Product Imaging (CPG) at Acosta Group in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description DESCRIPTION As the manager of our Picture This business you will need to have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision . You will lead the development and utilization of data and technology to support our sales team, space management team, and clients/customers in providing accurate product data and images. Also, oversee project management and coordination for Space Planning projects . RESPONSIBILITIES + Manage all activities to successfully run our Picture This business in assigned markets and customer teams. + Train, supervise, and evaluate direct reports to include completion of performance agreements, maintaining scorecards, and submitting success stories + Responsible for analyzing data to develop strategic benchmarks on team performance against Acosta KPIs and recommendations geared toward our client's strategic objectives + Manage the team's preparation and accuracy of product-related data and images to ensure compliance with GS1 standards + Engage with clients to understand their needs, devise solution proposals that meet their expectations, represent the best of Acosta's Picture This , and act as their voice within Acosta. + Design and modify custom applications that consolidate and make large amounts of data consistent + Provide analytical support for Space Management team projects and initiatives , including developing and maintaining data and images. QUALIFICATIONS + College degree or equivalent work experience, with 5-7 years in Space Management or Space technology-based solutions , and preferably 5 years in the Consumer Package Goods ( CPG ) industry. + Experience managing a team of varying skills and experience + Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Windows and related software applications including Excel, PowerPoint, VB, and advanced macros + Experience with IRI and ACNielsen syndicated data preferred; proficiency in Apollo, Spaceman, or JDA space management software preferred + Prior work experience in data analysis and space management systems and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the technology required to operate and maintain such systems + Communicate clearly and effectively, independently manage projects, and take responsibility for tracking and timing. + Experience in digital product imaging, dimensioning, and data intake within GS1 standards Physical Abilitie To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account Idaho State Job Bank
