Overview of the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Video Producer with a strong focus on post-production to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing direct response videos and possess exceptional skills in video editing, motion graphics, and overall post-production processes. This role requires a creative visionary who can lead projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the post-production process for direct response video projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Integrate AI tools and technologies into the video production and post-production workflows to streamline processes and improve content quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling video concepts and scripts that align with client goals and brand messaging.
• Oversee the editing process, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics, utilizing AI-powered tools where applicable.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, provide creative input, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
• Implement best practices in video production and post-production, staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and AI advancements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior video producers and editors, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Maintain organized project files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility for the team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth post-production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in video production with a focus on post-production, preferably in a direct response or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies in video production and post-production.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive video content.
• Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Knowledge of animation and 3D modeling software.
• Familiarity with video analytics and performance tracking.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI-driven content creation tools.
